Meg Holiday didn’t start in online business. She started in rooms where women worked on their feet, clocked in tired, and were expected to smile anyway.
Before coaching, Meg managed a Starbucks, a flea market, and a yoga studio. She taught yoga, ran teams, opened stores, closed stores, and learned early what most business advice ignores: women don’t burn out because they lack discipline. They burn out because the systems weren’t built for them.
She left retail and built a business that crossed six figures in year two, $300K in year three, and half a million shortly after—without ads, funnels, or a big audience. Not because she “hacked” anything, but because she learned how desire, clarity, and leadership actually move money.
Today, Meg mentors women who are done contorting themselves into marketable shapes. Her work is feminist, boutique, and intentionally anti-hustle. It is not soft, not passive, and definitely not small.
