The Residency is a private co-creation experience where we build core assets and positioning your company will use for the next year. You travel to a location of your choice and together we create brand imagery, video content, and creative direction so your business reflects the level you are operating at in the year to come. This is focused, intentional work in an environment designed for clarity and execution. You leave with the visuals, language, and infrastructure needed to support higher-level clients. There are 3 prep calls prior to the in-person creation experience and 3 follow-up calls. The entire residency spans 3 months.

THE 3-MONTH PROCESS:

Plan
Together, over the course of 30 days, we will plan our in-person experience to generate the exact vibe and imagery we need to sell your highest ticket offers yet. You will leave behind “DIY” brand elements and enter your top tier, boutique, representation.

Create
We will meet in a city of your choosing (NYC, The Hamptons, South Beach, Santa Monica, Toronto, Seattle, Vancouver… you pick!) for a 3-Day all expenses paid creation experience where you’ll walk away with HUNDREDS OF IMAGES and mini video clips for fresh content to support your marketing and elevate your brand for the year to come.

Refine
The Residency is for brands intended to generate millions in the coming years. This is an experience meant to kick off a new identity in you as a leader while also providing you with a library of content unlike any you’ve had before. After our in-person experience, we will have 3 follow-up sessions in the month afterwards where we decide how and when to utilise your assets for expansion.
WHY THE RESIDENCY IS MORE THAN A PHOTOSHOOT:
The Residency is meant to mimic an artist’s residency where you go somewhere to have a creative, focused, experience with your art. There are 3 strategtic creation sessions leading up to the event and 3 afterward for a full 3-month residency focused soley on The Art Of Your Brand. This is for women who don’t want their website, images, or offers to look like all of their peers. They want to stand out as a disrupter in their industry who operates through a creative lens.
In addition to supporting you with tangible brand assets, The Residency will challenge you to let go of DIY-style branding once and for all and offer you a black and white assessment of your current brand message as well as a detailed plan for executing your next level.

You can choose any major city in The U.S., Mexico, Canada, or The E.U. → I can also recommend locations if you aren’t attached to one specific spot. If I come to your city then you’ll stay at the same hotel as me for a full immersive experience. Favorite creative experiences I’ve hosted in the past have been in South Beach, Montauk, NYC, Joshua Tree, and Santa Monica.

There’s only one residency per quarter and they are fully customized and one-on-one. This means only 4 clients will experience The Residency in 2026. Begin by applying and then we’ll get on a call to assess our next steps in planning dates for your experience.

You get to pick the location and your signature offer to focus on and I will do the rest! Once we choose the dates, you’ll book your ticket and I’ll handle the rest. Authorship Through Stillness
Montauk is where I go when something in me has finished.
Not collapsed. Not failed. Finished.
It is the farthest edge of the East Coast. The last stop before there is nothing left but ocean.
There is a clarity that exists there I have never felt anywhere else.
Wind strong enough to quiet your mind. Cashmere wrapped tightly at night. Bonfires on the beach where time stops moving. Sauna heat against cold air. Boutique shops that feel untouched by trend.
Montauk has never asked me to become anything.
It has only ever asked me to be honest.
Some of the most important decisions of my life were made there. Not through force. Through stillness.
I remember sitting on the beach at East Hampton, the sky completely open, realizing I had already become the woman I had spent years trying to reach.

Santa Monica was the first place I experienced what it felt like to live inside a fully realized aesthetic.
The Proper Hotel is not just beautiful. It is authored.
Kelley Wearstler created something that shifts you simply by existing inside it. Every surface intentional. Every space unforgettable.
I remember walking through the hotel realizing that design itself could hold authority. That environment could communicate identity before you said a word.
The spa holds one of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had—a four-handed warm oil massage that dissolves the boundary between effort and ease. You leave different than you arrived.
